It seems I hit the spot last month with my article about the Practice Advisory Forum.Twelve of you responded and expressed a desire to attend the event we are planning with Ian Morris. Thank you.

Ian will give a short presentation after the TVSCA AGM on 15th May at the Oxford Centre, Banbury Road, Oxford, where Fiona Hodgkin, from Learning & Professional Development, will join him and talk about the new Pathways scheme.

ICAEW responds to the Chancellor's 11th budget
While welcoming a future cut in corporation tax, The ICAEW in the South East, has warned that the other measures announced in the budget could cause more confusion, particularly for small businesses.

Costs of new CIS scheme are underestimated, says ICAEW
The costs of a new tax compliance scheme, designed by HMRC specifically for firms involved in construction, have been vastly underestimated, according to the ICAEW.
