What's in Store

Welcome to the first edition of "Off the Shelf," Capgemini's e-newsletter focused on the consumer products and retail industry segments. Each edition will feature research and case studies directly related to challenges faced by players in the consumer value chain. I hope that you - as partners of Capgemini (clients, prospects, alliances, media and analysts) - will find interesting, useful content presented in a friendly multimedia format.

The feature of this edition of "Off the Shelf" is Capgemini's just-launched report titled "Future Consumer." The report and accompanying video summarize the perspectives of more than 2,000 consumers regarding their anticipated future shopping needs. Because the "Consumer is King," the results should be compelling for any company serving the end consumer, either directly or indirectly.

I sincerely hope you enjoy the content contained in this inaugural edition of "Off the Shelf."  I welcome your feedback, as well as any inquiries regarding how Capgemini can assist you in the future.
