Welcome to the first edition of "Off the Shelf," Capgemini's e-newsletter focused on the consumer products and retail industry segments. Each edition will feature research and case studies directly related to challenges faced by players in the consumer value chain. The feature of this edition of "Off the Shelf" is Capgemini's just-launched report titled "Future Consumer."
